I came across this app a few weeks ago after watching a Youtuber talk about it. It’s called the 7 Minute Workout Challenge! It’s pretty self explanatory…a 7 minute workout for those busy days when you just don’t have the time for a full on exercise. I use this once in a while when I don’t feel like doing the same things at the gym. I usually do the general workout it comes with, but you can buy different workouts in the app for a couple bucks. I believe the actual app wasn’t free, but it was only a few dollars so I didn’t mind.
The workout I usually do consists of jumping jacks, push ups, planks, and more. You do each for 30 seconds and then it continues on to the next move. You can add however man reps you want to do for each exercise. It comes with an activities calendar where you can track how many workouts you’ve done and on which day. There’s also a results tracker where you can see how far you’ve come. It’s got a lot of cool options, so I definitely recommend checking this out. It’s perfect for busy people who don’t have time for the gym around jobs, school, etc. There’s many apps that are similar to this one, but since I have some experience with 7 MWC, I wanted to share it with anyone who was interested!
