Quick and Easy Breakfast

When I was in high school, I remember in the mornings I would always rush around getting ready for the day and trying to get out the door on time. Some days I wouldn’t have time to eat breakfast, so I would just skip it. However, eating breakfast is an extremely important part of your day and I have been trying to make it more of a priority in my life. If you are a high school student, or even a college student for that matter, you might want to try and do the same for yourself. It is a great start to your day and will keep you more alert for classes. Here is a simple recipe that is both quick and delicious!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 nectarine
  • Honey
  • A bowl

Start by cutting up your banana into thick or thin slices, whatever you prefer.

Next, cut up your nectarine into small bits or slices, also depending on what you like better.

Cut up your strawberries. You can add more than three if you like, but I already had a huge bowl full of fruit and only needed three.

Put all your ingredients into the bowl.

Take your honey and drizzle it across all the fruit.

And there you go! You have a delicious, healthy start to your day. You could even put this in tupperware for an on-the-go breakfast! Since I have been going to the acupuncturist a lot this summer, he is always stressing how important it is to eat breakfast and fruits. Not to mention, honey is great for your skin!
