Sophomore Year: Bring on Second Semester!

So it’s that time again! I have finished my first day of second semester. Being in my second year of college, the first day of school isn’t so scary anymore. It’s so nice to be able to look at my schedule and actually know where my class is located. Also, for me personally, second semester always seems shorter than the first. Probably because spring break is smack dab in the middle of the semester AND my school gives us a short recess for Easter.

I’m also very excited for this semester because of my classes! As you all know, I’m a Graphic Design major and with that comes so many creative classes. This semester, I’m taking Painting, Graphic Design II, and Art History II. And to me, these will be the most interesting classes out of all the rest…even though Art History starts at 7:30 in the morning. Regardless, I’m looking forward to really diving into these subjects and learning more about my craft.

Last semester brought many challenges and I know I’ve grown from all of them. I’m hoping this semester will be even smoother and offer even more happiness. So I’m sorry this is such a short post, but I want to try my hardest to be as consistent as possible with my blog. It’s becoming one of the most valuable things in my life. I hope those of you continuing with your college experience enter into this next semester with grace and positivity to power through those early morning classes or late night study sessions! ❤
