Victoria Beach OOTD!

Hey everyone! I’m coming at you with another OOTD! This warm, summery weather really has me inspired so that is definitely the theme for this look. I recently visited a very special beach in Laguna called Victoria Beach, and it was probably one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. It’s mysterious castle leaning against the cliffs is breathtaking and the pools that fill with ocean water at high tide make for unforgettable adventures. With that being said, little outfits like the one below are perfect for magical beaches like Victoria.

I initially tried on this top thinking it was a dress! On the hanger it looked like the perfect dress for my Europe trip coming up, but it’s actually a super comfy poncho-like top. The neckline is a V-shape, making it very comfortable in the front and the back. There are also slits along the arms, making it extra flowy. As you can see in the photos, there are also cuts up the sides so the front and back pieces can move beautifully while you walk.

I decided to wear my blush colored bralette. It is a nice blush pink color, which I think works well with the unique pink shade of the shirt. Wearing a very feminine bralette brings such a nice flare to an outfit, compared to wearing a normal bra. (Necklace from Tiffany’s).

Since it definitely cannot be worn as a dress, I simply threw on a pair of cut off shorts to go underneath. It gives such an effortless, casual vibe to an otherwise busy print on the shirt. This is the perfect outfit for a Sunday beach walk and being lazy while still looking put together!

Lastly, for hair and makeup I made two braids side by side and used the Tarteist To Go palette. The To Go palette is specifically for women who are busy and need a little palette to fit in their purse, so I thought it would work perfectly for my trip. I went for a very bright and glowy makeup look and I actually love how it turned out. I used a nude color for the transition shade, a shimmery bronze for the outer V, and a lovely shimmery pink for the lid. To top it off, I placed the bronze shade on my lower lash line and highlighted my inner corner and under my brows with the shade “Vermeer” from the Anastasia Modern Renaissance palette.

For me, this top is absolutely perfect since I love pieces that are flowy yet so elegant. The blush color is a shade that can go with just about anything and the patterning is quite impressive. There’s nothing like comfort mixed with good fashion! So I think I’m going to end that post here, I really hope you guys enjoyed! I’ll talk to you soon, have a lovely day! xx
