Hi everyone, what’s up? Are you all enjoying this beautiful weather? I know I am! I actually went to the beach for the first time in over two months the other day. Of course, I brought my mask and made sure to continue social distancing while on the sand. It was really encouraging to see everyone around me respecting the distance rule as well. I still haven’t gone into any shops or restaurants, which I miss doing so much! I’ve resorted to more online shopping, but I’ve found some great shops because of it! Today I wanted to share Luca + Grae with you guys. I actually found them through Instagram and it was created by Aspen Ovard, who you’d know if you’re super YouTube savvy. I adore all of the muted tones on Luca + Grae and the sophisticated vibe. This site is perfect if you’re in your mid 20’s! Check out some of my picks below!
New Look Mini Dress
This first dress caught my eye immediately on Luca + Grae. It’s called the New Look Mini Dress and I adore the light green tone of it. If you’re super into shopping or fashion, you’d notice that this light green shade has been EXTREMELY popular this season. At first I was skeptical of it, but honestly I think it compliments so many different skin tones! Honestly, I think this color would work well for so many different seasons, but I’m loving it for summer! This dress is $52.
Faye Tan Bag
Who doesn’t need a cute woven bag for a day at the beach? I think I’ve found the perfect one from Luca + Grae, and I’m lowkey attempted to buy it right now! It’s called the Faye Tan Bag. It could hold your water bottle, sunscreen, fruit (for those beach snacks), phone, and keys. Not to mention, it comes in a cute white version as well. I love these bags paired with sundresses like the one pictured above. I could totally see myself going to a farmer’s market in San Diego and using this bag!
Young Romantics Peach Sweater
Not going to lie to you, because I know we’re headed into the middle of summer, but I’ve been eyeing this sweater for quite some time now. It’s called the Young Romantics Peach Sweater. I’ve seen it all over Instagram and I love the beige/white combo. For some reason it’s so satisfying to me and still looks very mature. I’ll be honest it’s a bit pricey (I’m not really sure why) but I love how the stylists paired it with high waisted jeans and gold jewelry!
Dawn High Rise Jeans
I’m so glad the high rise jeans trend has stayed in fashion for this long. Let’s hope that extreme low rise style we saw in the 90’s is gone for good. This pair is called the Dawn High Rise Jeans and I actually have a very similar pair from Nordstrom, they’re linked below! I’ve been living in them lately since we’ve been stuck at home. I love that they can be paired with a simple white tank as shown above or with a pastel colored crop top!
Valen Terracotta Slides
Okay, how flippin’ cute are these? They are the Valen Terracotta Slides from a shoe brand I’ve recently found and absolutely adore: Mi.iM Shoes. I would love to pair these with some distressed high waisted jeans, tucked in casual top, and a Lack of Color hat. I love the simplicity of them, especially because they’d be so easy to slip on and run some errands in. I bought a very similar pair from Mi.iM recently and I can’t get enough!
Beyond the Sea Skirt
Another trend I’ve loved recently is white skirts. Specifically, pairing them with a white top to create a monochromatic moment. This skirt from Luca + Grae is called the Beyond the Sea skirt, which couldn’t be more fitting for the season. I love the dot texture and small ruffles at the end. It gives that perfect feminine vibe, which of course if you know me I’d want to pair with something edgy like Doc Martens.
Ella Mauve Top
I wanted to throw this top in here for those of you who love collared blouses. This is the perfect look if you’re going into job interviews or on your first day of work! I love the light pink tone of it, especially paired with those white pants! It’s called the Ella Mauve Top on their website. I love that you can tuck this type of blouse into pants or even tie it up at the front.
I hope you all enjoyed this “My Wishlist” post! I hadn’t made one in a while so it was nice to sit down and pick out some of my faves. Comment below what you think the next Wishlist post should be or send me some of your fave online shops! Talk to you soon xx
